Update on Previous Recipients
Robin Christmas was the first scholarship recipient and she has had two awesome years at Rutgers State University. She has maintained a 3.8 GPA and is very involved in campus life. Academic Excellence Award – Spring 2013, Rutgers Univ. Aresty Research Assistant, Residence Life Resident, Apt. Assistant, Sophomore Class Speaker, Douglas Residential Network Executive Board, and Human Rights House Global Village. Robin is the granddaughter of William and Maxine Christmas.
Ciara Wade was the second scholarship recipient and attended A&T University, North Carolina. She had an amazing experience her first year that ended with a 3.43 GPA. She joined the Campus Ministries, member of the welcome Committee to incoming freshman, and attended summer enrichment and advancement classes at Community College. She is the daughter of Ron and Debbie Wade.
